The secret language of photo albums

Actually, I've never asked a women whether or not she wanted to have  sex with me, it's always clear to me based on non-verbal cues that  she's at least thinking about it, so I take it from there (not that  it's a guarantee of success).

Now back to the original topic, many beautiful FSU women pose  provacatively for photos, they're much more open about their sexuality  than American women. Check out some of the profiles on this site, it's  basically a site for Russian expats in the US looking to meet other  Russian expats:

http://www.missingheart.ru/

Take a look at a dozen photo albums and you'll see many of the girls  have no reluctance to pose in bikinis or miniskirts while assuming  provocative poses. Are they all sluts, as I guarantee you any  fat-ankled American woman would assume? No, many are divorced with a  child and seek a husband, some want friendship only, yet they don't hide their sexuality.

One of the girls from the site that I'm meeting tomorrow for the first  time posed in a thong for her photos... it should be interesting, to  say the least :)

My only comment about this is that Russian women are on an accelerated timetable in comparison to American women.  Most feel a great deal of pressure to be married and have children earlier than American women.  For example, I would estimate that a 25 year old woman in Russia has a similar perspective to a 30 or even 32 year old woman in the US.

Do other people have a similar sense or is this more of a Belarusian and not FSU wide phenomenon?

In any case, I wish you the best of luck Gef,

Todd
Yes, I have heard this opinion expressed by both Russians and Ukrainians on several occasions.

Thank you Todd

It's common all over FSU. My wife's best friend back in Russia turns 34 this year and has resolved for some time now that she will likely be single the rest of her life. Plenty of guys willing to date her, but nobody even remotely interested in a relationship beyond the standard mistress arrangement.

Before I get a ton of PMs asking for her photo, #, and e-mail..........She has absolutely *ZERO* interest in learning English or moving abroad :?

Unfortunately it's Russian only. But if you use Babelfish translation as you go through the registration process, you can successfully register and upload some photos of yourself. At that point you can write to any women you choose. I'd say about 3 of 5 women on the site living in the US have at least basic English.

Is the girl who you met in Kharkov three years ago the same girl who you are meeting in St. Petersburg in July?

My comment was not an attempt to impune your manhood, but to suggest that you don't be "metrosexual" about it. I am sure you have plenty of manly feelings, show them. Do show a touch of jelousy. Do show a touch of appreciation of the bawdy, and certainly of risque photos.

Treating RW with hypersensative kid gloves like she is a woman you picked up at a war protest isn't going to cut it.  Most RW want a strong man who will make the moves, particularly if you are older and she may start to wonder if your drive has gone.

Read the archives, here and RWG, I am not talking out my rear end.

It seems to me that more and more men, as we move from generation to generation, are becoming more pussified as AW assert more and more influence and demands on our male society. I wonder how any RW would think that a Metrosexual man would even have the backbone to draw her respect. I have always beleived that with the RW that an AM has to come to the plate quicker and with more force. Otherwise you get mowed down by one of those Randy Johnson 90 MPH fastballs.

Okay, I understand you Oosik, but you're preaching to the choir. I quite agree with your views/ philosophy as I see them so far. Only you didn't give the benefit of a doubt that perhaps maybe you and I do share a common point of view; at least that was my impression. I have not posted as much as you and the others here, so you do not yet know what I am all about. In other words, I am not going to react to any woman's mind/power games. I didn't say anything about the photo because I truly did not consider it my business, nor did it matter enough to do or say anything about it, at that particular time. I control my emotions yes, but I am nothing like the men who play up to these politically correct feminists that have driven men like us to seek wives in other countries. So again, until I know which way I want to turn with a woman I prefer to keep things neutral until I know what she is all about and what I want to do about it, then I grab the reins of the situation and take it from there. I have saved myself a lot of grief in the past this way. This may not be anyone's style here, but it works for me and that's all that really counts as far as I am concerned.  Presently, I am in good with a Russian girl (and her parents) who does not play such games, however it took some time and a meeting to know it.  Why she left the photo in her album I do not know, it doesn't really bother me. Maybe I'll ask her about it in St. Petersburg this Summer. TomT, was I clear enough for you?

To some extent that is how I approach it too. I am more than tired of the politically correct United States, not just its women.
