3 work to eliminate any agency from your communication

So some of the girls at some of the agencies may be legitimate enough.

The point is to eliminate the AGENCY from your communication, then communicate with her
directly.

directly.

I remember that, that is old skool lol.

I first briefly did FSW dating back around 2007-2008 I think it was. I chose a cheap ppl online agency, cheaper on the credit cost than AFA as it was then. I chose just one woman to see what it was like. I did the whole send her flowers thing lol (yes they were cheap flowers :D )

Anyhow, after a few messages and a photo of her holding the flowers I had ordered I paid for a video chat. We had a video chat with the terp present, it seemed to go quite well, she seemed quite sweet. She looked like she might have done attraction to me even maybe some eye flirting.

She was apparently a student, well she was around that age around 20 ish I vaguely recall.. I was in my late twenties. We messaged after the video chat and so I thought move on the 'remove the agency from our communication'. So I I put my email in a message to her and suggested we communicated through that, the messages were supposedly translated each time from me from English and back into English from her language (she was a Ukrainian girl). At that point the communication ceased and I think her image was eventually taken down.

I wouldn't know if the thing was a scam, potentially like many with agency issue stories I wouldn't know but a lot of carry on went on by agencies back then, it was often a lot of a game really. Even if the girl was legit the agency might have gotten funny about my attempt to cut them out or saw that there would be no more money in it for them, because if she refused email after then I would wonder why and see little point in continuing probably.

What I should have done is arrange a holiday trip to Ukraine and met her in person then arranged all the contact details there with her to cut the agency out.

Times have moved on a bit since those days and with sites like fdate there is no need to introduce the agency in the first place I think. That's unless someone sees something worthy in doing so and are correct in their method. Some people had interesting ways around the ppl & agency system but they were usually in the minority and many people didn't come off well by using ppl and agencies.

So I would say go and meet the girl as the best shot at eliminating the agency. If that doesn't do it there is likely no go in the situation with the girl.

In general I think being over there in the FSU is the best way to go at dating doing it from afar adds a lot to the difficulty I think.

Classic agency scam. You pay for the terp and the girl gets about $5 per hour looking pretty and
chatting on the video. $5 per hour is pretty good money for a pretty girl who gets to keep her
clothes on. They go to the flower shop together and pay a few kopecks to hold the flowers.
I know so many girls who were at HRB and others.

You can ask the girls name, age and city then find her in VK.com then skip over the agency,
just like it says in the 10 tablets of stone

Boots on the ground is ALWAYS the best way.
Ask out the kiosk girl, the waitress, the shop girl et al.

But if you've already found your girl, then there is no reason to worry about it.

workers only matter when economy is good and there is shortage of workers!

Just a second ago I replied to a person teaching everyone how to negotiate offers and benefits:

As they say: read the room! Далее если кандидат overqualified а значит просит намного больше, то да начальник и рекрутеры могут 100% решить что такой человек не будет доволен работой в комманде и забрать у него оффер

it's NOT just that "things" are NOW tighter or more difficult in Russia due to the war and sanctions
it's the complete lack of ANY KIND of legal protection of worker's rights in Russia
workers have no rights at all in Russia
and they are CONSTANTLY abused by their employers

it's the Russian way, the apparatchik commandeers can do whatever they want to whoever they want
China is even worse
Europe is the best, and the USA kind of in the middle
so far as labor laws are concerned
