We are talking about people and about governments, and you want a 100% guarentee?  As I've said before -- buy a toaster.  With people, there is no 100% guarentee.

This information is fully available and free in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Idaho, ANYONE can access this kind of information, like I said it is up to each state to make their own rules on such things.
[line]

California : 42.75$ http://www.usavital.com/vital/pricelookup.asp?State=CA

The California divorce record is made up of two parts, the DIVORCE DECREE and the DIVORCE RECORD.

DIVORCE DECREE - A divorce decree is the courts ruling summarizing the relative rights and duties of the parties.  It is a final summary document stating the basic information about the divorce, the parties involved, the date of divorce, case number, the terms that the parties have agreed to, etc.

DIVORCE RECORD - The divorce record consists of all of the legal pages filed for a divorce.  For a complex divorce settlement the actual records can be up to two hundred pages long.

If you are ordering a complete copy of the divorce decree, there will be an additional charge of $2 per page after the first three pages.

REQUIRED INFORMATION: The following is a list of required information needed to process your request for divorce records from the state of Idaho.

I'm about DOCUMENTS but not about people and government. In Russia you can see the answer to that question in our internal passport (of course if it's not false but I doubt scammers go such far in crossing criminal line) So let buy yourself some common sence and ask to my question about DOCUMENTS

Elena,

In Europe, we have internal passport like in Russia... it is the first time used ( obligate ) by the german during the WW2...

US and UK have not so document... only international passport... they have social security card, driving licence,... but no intern passport like in Europe and FSU...

Elen,

There is no way. Anyone going to the US Embassy in Moscow to prepare the 'free to marry' statement which then goes to the Foreign Ministry in RU for legalization can say as he wishes.  Only if he gets caught lying is there a penalty.  The US embassy has no way of knowing if the person is married or not.

Marriage records are maintained by each county (like small oblast or district) and the county does not check with all other county (thousands of offices) to see whether a prior marriage exists in another county.  In addition a US citizen can get legally married outside the country and US authorities would not know it..

An impossible task for a RW or anyone else for that matter to know 100 percent if an AM is married or not.

Greetings Irina,

Wow! I did not think to check back at the first page of this thread..

Actually am quite pleased to see you here as I thought something seemed 'fishy' about the situation with daytona.

Hope you are able to stick around and post every now and then.  I'm sure any contributions from your viewpoint will be quite interesting and helpful to all us folks around here.

A big welcome!

and why did none say about these threats? Do you think it is pretty notmal when someone claim he is a criminal and will come in other country to give short shrift with a woman?

When they came for the trade unionists, I did not speak out; I was not a trade unionist. When they came for the Jews, I didn’t speak up, because I wasn't a Jew. When they came for me, there was no one left to speak out.

I agree with Bruno. I also would notify the Russian government that this man threatened my daughter.  I would be relentless on this and would make sure this man could never get a visa to enter my country. I would also notify the FBI via the internet. Thet do have a web site. Making threats over the Internet is a felony. If they feel a felony is bring committed, they could go to his Internet provider and they would be required to turn over all records of emails that he sent. The site is www.fbi.gov  and you can contact them there. I would not let a punk threaten my family or me.  They may not find enough to prosecute him, but they will come knocking on his door.

First, If he has broken any laws in your country for making threats, harassment, molestation etc file a police report.

Second, forward a copy of the police report to every Russian Embassy/consulate in his homeland along with a letter describing the situation and requesting that they not issue further visas to this individual.

I wouldn't even involve the US Embassy at all since you may have an interview sometime in the future if you do find a good husband to be..  Don't know how this would incident would be interpreted..

At least this way the case will be at least documented and if the guy causes any further trouble during a future trip to RU all will be aware that this is not an isolated incident and maybe will take harsher action.

Fiorella, see the positive side of this... Someone have accuse Irina to be a scammer... the evolution of the topic have show that the man was not really clear and that the woman seem not be a scammer...

Now, when a other man go start a new relation with her, he will maybe check if she is a scammer with search engine... now, if he reconize the lady, he go read the topic... if he is a good man, he go trust the lady... if he is a bad man, he will be afraid to scam her...

I don't know if you have make some attention to the order of post... but since the reply of Irina, we have no more post from Daytona... Maybe Irina can post the photo and info about Daytona... so everybody go know the real face of this man... he have make it, she can make it, it is his right... and this will be interesting for protect other potential victim ( woman )

So Bruno that is why you react so angrily on me, you think that I bring innocent women in blacklists. It must surprise you, I did get some listed women out of blacklists because I did think that was no scam, but a crazy story.

I succeeded.

I don't usually bring women into blacklists, that is not my goal, I could have brought thousands in and than. I did look for running scammers in agencies especially those agencies recommended by blacklists. I do not write with women with the goal to blacklist them, one girl has costed me a fortune, but I offered to help her. A blacklist told me that he wanted to blacklist her, I refused, I should have gone in time.

She was not innocent, but not that guilty too. Tell me whichgirls I blacklisted, there are using photo's from models, others but only a handfull. I am not interested in correspondence with as goal blacklisting, some people are but than I try to get them out.

I did lately see again one listed in Stop Scammers on a letter which should be "scam"Such letters they do write all, I did think. Can I get her out, I don't try, sometimes you become so terrible tired of this.
