I kinda doubt that girl has had a "sponsor".  Sponsored girls would typically get $300 or $400 a month and a flat rented for her.  Looking at the pictures, you can't furnish a flat like that, on that kind of money and still buy clothes and eat.  I suspect you are either looking at a *working* girl, or package Fat Yuri has put together.

A test would be to see if you could get a phone number, call her to see how good her English is, and then tell her you are thinking about getting on a plane tomorrow to visit her.  She obviously lives well enough to afford a phone in the flat and certainly a cell phone, (which BTW is de rigueur for FSU girls these days).  If she balks at giving out phone numbers to potential suitors, then it's a scam for sure.

You guys are too funny!  First this woman has been a "kept" woman and now she is a full blown hooker.  I see nothing wrong with a RW trying to get maximum exposure by listing herself on multiple sites.  Does it say in her profile that the photos were taken in her flat?  Could it be her parent's flat?  Or maybe the photographer's flat?

I agree that a man should keep his mind open for all possibilities, but that too is a two way street.  He should keep his mind open to the positive possibilities as well as the negative ones.  One shouldn't be all paranoid that a woman appears too good to be true and yet be aware of the potential downfalls.  Balance is a good thing here.

Of course you are right, I simply based my observation on the old adage; "If something appears too good to be true, it probably is", it was meant to be a caution to he hungry wolves out there.  As we write this I'm sure there are dozens of AM out there salivating over those pictures with the fantasy building to the point of running to Western Union with cash in hand.  Not only are there men out there staring into the abyss, they are busily installing lights and elevators in the damned thing.

Frankly, I also think she's hot. 

That's not the problem as I see it.  There are a million gals in Russia that are just as hot, I'd rather see you meet them under other circumstances.  I think that, at your age, if you concentrated on women around 35-40 you might easily find a fine,,, no,,, make that a great woman, to be a mate.  If you do not exclude women with a child, your odds go up exponentially.  The natural national tendency of RMs is to not want to raise another man's kid, consequently a woman with a kid is basically out of luck for finding a husband.  Over 35 she is destined to be an old single mom with no hope of a lasting second marriage.  If she's good looking she can always find a lover for awhile, but there is little likelihood of a permanent relationship. 

If you put yourself out there as a man willing to be considerate of children from a previous encounter of the third kind, (RW/RM) you might be surprised at the reaction you'll get.  There are many true beauties over the age of 35 out there with great educations and enormous potential. 

Just a small suggestion; you've said you will be ready to actually travel early next summer after schools out, in your shoes I might wait till mid-winter, say Jan/Feb/Mar, and place an ad with one of the better MOB agencies.  Get some good professionally done photos of yourself to go in the advertisement, and see what response you get.  If you write a profile stressing those same family values you seems to like, I'll bet you get a good response from some really great women.  If a woman answers your ad you already know she's interested, so after that it should be a cake walk.

What's wrong with getting dirty? Rbrides is another scam infested site. In their newsletter, you'll get new profiles but usually 10% of the new women get deleted within a few days. I suspect they are taking out the reported scammers but I question Rbrides anyway. I think they steal many of their profiles. I can imagine a woman talking sweet when you write her through one agency and at Rbrides, she talks about rimming(anus licking).

That's sound advice, jb, and I really only have one or two reservations about what you suggest---primarily, that in that age range, most RW have older children than I'm really all that anxious to take on.  A 35-6 y.o. RW with a single child, preferably a daughter,  under 5 is not really all that common on the sites I've researched.  I work with teenagers all day already!  

The other reservation, of course, is that you've basically the described the women I date here.  

Granted, the well's kinda dry for a white guy in this town, as you know, but heck . . . I have friends in SA, Austin, Houston, DFW, Tyler, and Huntsville who could probably hook me up with a 35-40 y.o. single mom a lot closer to me than Russia!  Now, if I take that vacation and discover the differences really ARE worth it, all bets are off, of course.  But going in, I'd like to set my sights a bit higher---why bother otherwise?

Actually, I think you are talking about setting your sights lower,,, say in the 25-35 y.o. range if you specifically want much younger children.  Frankly, I think that's doable.
