All I know is my own experinece, and yes, caller ID always works for me on my cell phone...at least for enough of the numbers that I can recognize the caller.

So maybe someone did call for the girl from Samara but from Arkansas...

Kinda like Bonnie and Clyde, but with two girls :)

Most of the time it's right.

Some of the time it shows strange numbers especially for voip or calling card calls.

Some times it shows nothing.

If your phone can only show 10 digits you will often see only a part of the number when receiving international calls.

It's kinda hard to describe using more words.. :)
