Back in the late 60's we use to have 3.2% beer in Virginia.

After a football game (win), the coach would take us all to the local pizza place.

We could drink that stuff by the pitcher and piss all night!  :evil:

I don't remember ever getting ripped (drunk), maybe just a little high.

1.15% is actually the alcoholic content of kefir, a dairy drink popular in Russia:

By the way, a serious question to the OP: if you are so averse to alcohol, why are you looking in Russia at all?  What are the odds of finding a non-drinking Russian???
