First it is Russians who start the agencies. Second I have been there several times myself and have always been met with smiling faces. I have had many approach me in the streets shaking my hand because I am American. I am not even going to go into the amount of drinks being bought for me.
My wife has also never been shunned for marrying me. In fact many have asked her if I had friends they could meet.

If you are really trying to help people then stick to real facts. Do not change or add nonsense to kep feeding your own ego and make the thousands of members here look like we know nothing. Why you claim to know so much you have never married a RW and many of us here have.

You must have lived in Russia for a while as you make quite the odd errors posting. Quite often, you get your tenses wrong, and you often do not put articles where any native speaker of English would know that there should be an article... In other words, you make errors that are not the typical typos or grammatical errors an English-speaking American would make. If anything, you make some mistakes that I would expect from a Russian-speaker who is using English as their second language...

It's about the new American that goes to Russia and gets eye mugged by Russian and not understanding why.. Again, my thread is about helping Americans in Russia NOT Married Canadians. I have never seen so many thread-jackers in one place it's amazing.

Funny, I've been to Russia 14 times including 6 for work and I have never been 'eye mugged'.
I don't think it was because I was an exempt Canadian, I kept my maple leaf appendage hidden at all times.
I certainly never saw this happen with my American Friends and Colleagues either.
The more this drags on, the more I suspect you're an angry Boris who lost his girlfriend to a good and decent American guy.

Well, Boethius sort of let the cat out of the bag on one of them. Jooky had on more than one time mentioned not marrying a RW despite his favorable fascination. Last time he posted, he apparently have a GF, so even then - one never knows. The other poster is living in Moscow and has been for a while now. I would much rather he tell it himself as he hasn't posted here in a while.

One very imporant thing Amerikanski said that I agree completely with. To dramatically reduce the effects of being a disneyland boyfriend, living with her for at least 2 months living life each day normally instead of being in a long drawn out dating period mode during the customary visitation - is optimal.

Not to worry. I take naps when I watch ballet. I'm not too keen in watching men in tights jumping around those stages. But naps during opera? How can you with all that screaming and belching?

Amerikankyi, the way you write IS NOT American English. The sentence structure, the punctuation, the phraseology belongs to a Russian person with pretty good English.

I work with Russians 10 hours a day and learned over the years how to write English in a certain style that when (using a translator) can be understood better. It's a habit. Plus I've been up over 24 now.

I have Company and flat in Volgograd Russia and lived there off/on for the last 5 years. I've been all over Russia from St. Pete-Sochi and will answer any questions about Russian women and explain in detail about them. Especially what to do or not and I have no problem being brutally honest.
