Yeah those things that you mention do apply to me "not a total loser, have a steady job (or well it is time limited actually, but I am an engineer so I should be able to find another job if need be), have no seriously bad habits". Yeah Sweden is full of attractive women but they are not very attracted to me though. Probably because I don't have enough of humour, confidence, charm and adventurousness. The attractive ones can get better than me. And I live in a worthless city with 20% more men than women in my age group.

Hmmm, maybe try to work on your personality a little bit, try to be more outgoing even if it initially feels unnatural. It's mostly about practice. Maybe make your life more interesting; get new hobbies, make new friends, travel the world. If your city sucks move somewhere more exciting like Stockholm...

it's not necessarily about how good they look, how "flashy" they look - yes. But even more so, the way they act.
AJ explained it brilliantly:

by actions ,mannerisms , how they present themselves or act,
it isn't that difficult to see,
if a woman is working  a room,,or working you as a professional dater..

July per my observations isn't too hot in Kyiv. I think June is the worst/hottest. July is probably the loveliest month in summertime. But it's just my opinion. Yes, if you can come with a friend - come with a friend. It will be better for you, and more fun.
