To give you an answer, are Russians fighting in Ukraine ? Sure. Are they official Russian military troops? No.
If you have been to Russia and looked around it takes not more than half a brain to know that by money you can get whatever you want.

As for information, 6 months ago yes. Right now the social media groups have long moved on to more interesting subjects like the supernatural, religion and feminism. So current information I have none at this time, all I know is that most people are simply tired of the bullshit and no longer interested in some who wish to play soldier.
