Anyone planning to visit the FSU this year?

This is similar to what I hear..  one reason covid numbers are so low might be because they just stopped counting.. but yea.  Easy to have low numbers if you don't count and charge for the vaccine,, best way to ensure the majority of people just struggling to get by,,. Not get it .

This article gives some figures of those Vaccinated with one dose and those fully Vaccinated with both doses, given the population of Ukraine is just around 44 million those Vaccinated with one does is not that many, those fully Vaccinated is tiny:

Some of the 44 million will be the young from babies up to their twenties but many others with no Vaccination protection. I had no idea that for many it was a case of them having to pay to get Vaccinated. I can imagine with all the unemployment and business closures, loss of income, etc out there as a result of the virus many won't be able to afford to get Vaccinated.

Maybe it has changed,, But I remember my wife telling me her family was going to get the vaccine,, than they got covid ..  They did not shut down the schools,, So her youngest sister brought it home,  They were all really sick for like 2 weeks.. Can't be for sure it was her youngest sister.. But they all assumed because their was a out break in the school...

Ukraine shut down completely for a bit, But some people were literally starving to death,, so they were forced to open back up..
Now the starving problem was two parts,, Money and no stores open...

In Ukraine you go to the store every day if you live in a city.. Small apartments and small kitchens.. So might as well go every day and get fresh food.
Very different from America.. Here in Upstate NY. I still remember the great ice storm we had.. where everything shut down for 2 months.. So we actually have a pantry and I try to keep a emergency supply of food and such, especially during the winter.. You never know..

Maybe her mom was exaggerating, but I really don't think so.. Her parents live outside the city in a village, They grow a lot of their own food and have animals, So they were fine with food..
