Are Russian/Ukrainian women really the best?

Some of the AW/FSUW comparisons made here concerning street-dress code remind me of a similar Milan/Rome difference (in VERY general terms, of course), with Milanese girls often favouring the "practical, comfortable, utilitarian" approach (too busy to worry about admirers) and the Roman girls the "look-at-me , I'm gorgeous and proud of it" alternative (even when they are not really that gorgeous).

In our case, the fact that Rome is Italy's movie & TV-producing capital may be a factor, however (what about a lurking producer or talent scout, looking for new talent ? ).
