Yes Svetlana is my favorite on there!

What has definitely improved in her is her style (see her hair) and demeanor (see her body alertness), at least as I could tell by her photo.
Her face (and probably body, too) basically remain the same, no wrinkles, no sagging. Looks like she has good genes.

Do you have any better photos of yourself , I'd like to see .

If any super brave person could think of organizing an open beauty contest in the USSR about 1978, he or she could easily end with ostracism and/or madhouse.

Lily: Technically you are quite correct with your interpretation of the word, however in common (Usual) English "Expose" does tend to have less desirable connatations.

Example:  One could say, I am "Exposing" myself to danger and it would be seen as placing oneself in a relatively defencless situation.  To "expose" oneself  on a forum, in the context you used it, will tend to be interpreted as displaying oneself more intimately. 

I am sure you can see the link between the two uses and also how it tends to become a little grey in common usage.  Your English is quite exceptional, but you will come across these types of things for years to come and unfortunately it can leave one with quite a red face at times although their use is technically correct.  Doubtless you have a smile at some foreigner's various usages of Russian from time to time.

I was lucky enough to meet jb and Etna 5 years ago, right before they got married.  I think she looks even better in person.  jb is a lucky man...I hope to be as lucky again.
