Well I must disagree with Mr. TigerPaws.  I am not what you'd say actively seeking women, pursuing a foreign bride, trolling the agency web sites for a young sweetie, but I did manage to have 39 women look at my profile in just one day.

I had several write me, love me, and was engaged on my first email.  Duh!  Too many men have this wild expectations of finding a young bride from the FSU who will be their wet dreams.

I only "sometimes" will respond to women within a ten year age difference.  I think it's great to marry a woman twenty-five years my junior, but what???  She wants kids and a family.  Nyetski on this for me.

Did this young scammer marry for love?  No!  It's stupid to believe Skynner married other to get out of her present situation.  Women do that because it's better sometimes to sleep with a pig for a year than to sleep with hundreds of pigs a year!

 If I read your post correctly you posted your profile, so your are the one who is looking first and it will be you who travels to see any ladies as well as you who files for the K1. Unless you are going to live in her country, still it was you Jon who first posted you profile in hopes that a lady would contact you.

I guess that's what seperates us, I do not view working for a living to be the same as selling your sexuality for a living. You see it as the same, I do not. I'd like to see any survey that backs up your views.

Why don't you just admit that if you didn't have money your wife wouldn't have dated you in the first place? You married a girl who was attracted to your bank account, and not your other fine qualities.

Believe it or not, there are lots of fine looking FSU women who marry because they love the man, not his bank account.

 No I do not see any difference between working for someone else and a whore, both sell themselves the only difference is in what they sell.

 Personally I could care less why my lady initially dated me, or for than matter what her motivations were for accepting my invitation to meet for the first time in the Bahamas. The proof is in the relationship which is doing very well, the rest is meaningless, the fact is that I chose and chose well. I have also worked very hard to make this relationship a success and that hard work has seen us through some difficult times.

 I am sure there are any number of ladies who could care less (more or less) about the size of a mans bank account, that is not the point. The point is men of means simply have more choices, it is up to them how they chose.

 The difference is that I made the decision that by marrying a younger lady that it would not be fair to her if I said that we would not have any children. We now have a 3 year old daughter which is just fine with me, not to say that you are wrong, it is the choices we make.

I wonder where the "flamefest" or "personal attack" was in it.  True, not specifically on topic of the threads title, but the subject had run it's course.  In all, I thought it was solid advice for ALL people who post on a forum, no matter what the subject.  This board discusses topics that have widely varying opinions, and some are very emotional.  It's not a home decorating forum, after all.

I think RWD is taking a wrong turn.  Finding the right woman in another country and making a successful marriage is very difficult.  If a person can not survive on an Internet discussion forum, what chance do they have surviving this?  A sanitized series of "Atta Boys!" does more disservice than silence.

Personally, I don't trust people who post anonymously.  Ironically, you come on the scene and interact just as I'm discussing the importance of evaluating the source of the posting.

 No my lady was not and is not a gold digger, non-the-less I had protections in place long before I even considered finding a lady from the FSU. Having a solid well written prenup saved me during my divorce and that was written on the advise of my father and grandfather over 25 years ago. I simply carried through with the same protections again, well more like up dated the protections before marrying my RW.

 While you jb may not like the idea that dose not mean others feel the same, some do and some will not, being judgmental and insinuating that my lady is a gold digger is another of your personal attacks on my lady simply because you disagree with me.

 I would advocate that any man should have a prenup in place before marrying any woman.

 How dose anyone reply to a closed mind? Love is fine and dandy, my point is that it is possible to have it all. Sure it takes hard work and sometimes sacrifices that is the price you pay for being successful.

 As I have said you and others do not have to agree or disagree that is for each person to decide, there are many paths and each person must chose his own.
