  Oh, he will get clients alright. There will never be a  shortage of clueless men. The thing is with "high quality" men like that, RW are probably having a good laugh when they see these guys. And as soon as the economy is better they will avoid AM like a plague as the Russian government just has to show Eduard's video and let the women  know this is " an upper end AM" compared to most others that show up there.



 Just like they used to show fat old babushka's or lesbian looking  women and try to tell us RW all looked like that.

   I'm not saying Eduard had to get GQ models. But a guy who at least appears to have taste,manners and not so hick.

  No matter how anyone tries to defend him, just the look on the RW's faces as they went out with him was enough to know they were not too impressed with him either.

 Ed, next time you make a video choose a guy who at least represents a decent AM. You never know, if you can dispell the myth only second rate men want RW you can not only get your present audience. But add a whole new class of customers.

    I dare say an agency that makes a video with a decent guy, Has English speaking attractive women, who can actually feel real chemistry with this guy . May actually change the face of international marriages.

 every guy wants to feel like the "bachelor". Many young guys I know are sick and tired of "attitudes" here. But they still date here and would never consider going anywhere else to look for a wife because of the stigma attached to the sort of men that go there. that's the truth. Eliminate the stigma and you may find many men more open to the idea.
  Unfortunately,agencies and the media do nothing to help the reputation of men in this search.

I think the criticism of John is a little bit harsh.  You don't know what he's accomplished or done with his life, what his character is like, whether he keeps his word, lives up to his commitments, works hard, is successful at what he does or anything about his life. 

OK, so he's overweight and dresses like a slob?  Certainly, this isn't helping his chances any. But does it mean that he's not a "decent AM"?  It does mean that some fraction of RW will just reject him outright.  There's some fraction of "six, seven and eight"-level women that will see past that and he may have a chance with.  Should we begrudge him his chance?

As for having someone hold is hand in this endeavor... is it really any different from guys who go use an agency and use a 'terp to communicate with the women?  Unless you speak Russian fairly well or meet only English-speaking women, someone is going to have to hold your hand.

As for the girls not being into him, can you really be so sure just from the short video clips of them?

Did anyone here see the clip of Richard Wright on Russian TV?  (There was a link to it on one of these boards a few months ago.)  Certainly, Richard didn't come across particularly well on that video.  And he certainly doesn't dress like he came straight from the GQ studio in New York.  But anyone who has known what kind of guy Richard is would say that he's a stand-up guy.

Perhaps some of the harsh criticism here has some validity, but it seems to me that some of y'all are making assumptions about things not in evidence.

I've met some of the guys looking for girls in the FSU, and some of them are obviously better catches than others.  However, I've meet some true Douchebags (with a capital D) among them, and I don't think John falls into that category.

Despite of here is a forum of unborn aristocrats(As I suppose from the disgusted posts),I absolutely agree with Doll that this is an average american guy. I see plenty of them everyday. Many way worse than this one. Yep,hes pretty simple and doesnt care about the look and behaviour....and he will do the same with AWs. And this guy will find a woman whos matching him.Not all RWs are classy upper class ladies...in fact,most of them are not(same with americans). And if to compare this guy to an average russian man...thats unknown who will look better.

Not to worry Scott.  I watched the disgusting video long enough to try to figure out where this very un-American guy hails from.  I had it narrowed down to either the Lancashire region of England or Ireland.  Then, when they were in the English pub, he said himself he was an "Irishman in an English pub."

John comes across as someone lacking in more than social graces but also in self esteem.  His constant use of the F word evinces the base image he has of himself.  I can see nothing in him that is typical of any nationality of men.  He is only typical of the despicable.

If the purveyor had hoped to use the video to draw quality male clients to his "system" then I'm afraid he has not only failed in that endeavor but has actually achieved the opposite effect.

Unless this John is very good at faking an Irish accent, he is Irish. He also says so enough times if you listen to the various clips.

Sorry, my bad on the ages. I got that downside up. BTW, Mrs I/O has just been subjected to the videos for a 2nd opinion...............she thought John seemed a bit of a sad sack, but tolerable under some circumstances but the funny comment was, "Who is this camera operator, he is a motor mouth"......... LOL.

The irony is, Eduard has probably gotten more publicity out of this thread than he did with his 10-a-minute arguments he so loved to engage in when he first joined here.

What I find most interesting here is that we have two fine RW (Doll & Zhena) defending this guy's presentation of himself.  Many of us Americans are much more critical of him. Maybe the agency hype is correct?  RW do look past some physical or superficial shortcomings of men before they pass judgement!?
