What if one of your employees is 5 minutes? They’ve failed? You sack them? I like your philosophy though, sounds good on paper.

Maybe you should offer Jerry a job at your place? I get the impression that some couldn’t take another 5 years of this.  ;D

Groovlstk, Simoni, Catzenmouse and any of the other "RWD anointed ones".

As I have already stated. Your definition of gentleman and mine is far apart.

I think that anyone that refers to a Russian Woman's virtue in such a manner as stated above by your "friend" Groovlstk is nothing short of scoundralism.

Apologies to Dan - Delete if wanted

For the most part I've avoided posting in this thread as it has been over run by what I consider to be "know it all's" and "posers" (you can pick which category you fit in since you love to be (and create) categories like "anointed ones" but this type of "I am right and you are all wrong because you don't believe like I do" is beyond pathetic.

Quite happy that our definitions of "gentleman" are far apart as I would be embarrassed by your definition. I'm really sorry that we do not live up to "YOUR" expectations of how we should believe and behave. I know I'll spend the rest of my life being totally disappointed in myself that I don't live up to YOUR expectations. Probably have to shoot myself due to the horrible devastation this will cause my outlook about life and especially about myself.

Between you GOB (isn't that what we used to call a bunch of mucus in our throats?) and SMS (who behaves more like a spurned AW than a man looking to find his life partner) this thread has been filled with judgmental garbage to create friction and not with genuine questions seeking clarification.

Neither one of you have bothered to look back at the history of Jerry and the trials/tribulations he's been through (or to find out about him as a person) and have only focused on trying to drag him down for focusing on who he is and what he is looking for in life. Wow! What a terrible person he is!!! He doesn't want to settle. We need to have him keel hauled for this heinous crime.

It is a terrible shame that someone who comes here to speak of his experiences has to put up with this kind of crap. No wonder I don't spend much time here anymore as it seems that the genuine desire to support and help has been superimposed by the ignorance of those who only want to tear down and criticize.

You have to move toward no tolerance.  If it is not achieved and you have someone who accepts failure, you have to let them go.

Jerry?  In his line of work, he cannot afford failure.  A single mistake can mean the loss of hundreds of lives and millions of dollars.

But unfortunately they do sometimes because they are only human, and there lies the rub. Taxi drivers, agency owners, WM/RW – we’re all only human and we all make mistakes.

Criticize? You were very fast to make your critical statements about "mental midgets" regarding some posters in this and others threads with whom you disagree (you just don't have enough courage or straightforwardness to name them  ;D )

By the way:

We are NEVER going to be a support group offering blanket acceptance of all comers. It just is not in the RWD DNA. However, I will continue to lobby for more civil methods of addressing differences.

I did it before you have posted your advice. And I don't care if you will put me on your list of "mental midgets" as probably I did not offer a "blanket acceptance" to Jerry, but some of my criticism on his dating activities.

Sandro, you nailed him!  But then again, that was obvious given the great shift in style and vocabulary and usage.

Have you read the Don Foster book "Author Unknown."  ?

It demonstrates how ones language is like a fingerprint.  Nice reading.

'Point is, don't go to Siberia thinking that you'll find anything different than you can find somewhere else simply because it's further off the beaten path.  You'll most likely end up disappointed.  It's just not worth the extra time and money in my opinion.

There are several members on this board whose wives are from Siberia.
If a man set hopes only upon luck, most likely av8or1's advice is good for him.

A little bit of history:

A group of American workers, determined to help the USSR through the introduction of American industrial and management methods, founded Project Kuzbass, a Siberian economic colony (AIK) administrated entirely by Americans. From 1921 to 1926 the group lived in the town of Kemerovo, and by August, 1922 twelve of the American men had married Siberian girls.

Hey Folks,

It is clear some of you are taking this entirely TOO seriously.

Just relax and don't get all wound up. There is a BUNCH of useful information here. Give others the benefit of the doubt - and have faith that others will have the intelligence and wisdom to pick out the parts that are useful for them. Unless you see something that creates a REAL threat of leading someone down a dangerous path - let's not get overwrought with the need to correct every small (or even medium-sized) thing.

Most guys and gals who make their way here to RWD, have already demonstrated more savvy than the vast majority of guys in this endeavor. Let's give them the room to make their own decisions about what is posted.

Hello everybody!
Emotions from reading your posts are so nice that they give great motivation to start a working day ;)))
Maybe, I will disappoint you but I can't give any evidence or direct answers to your questions because first of all Jerry was my client and I have to keep confidentially the details of his staying in Barnaul and information about his meetings with ladies. Do not provoke me with your questions ;)).
None of you could guess how many women Jerry met in Barnaul. I want to assure you that my agency works in different directions, we work with men who come to meet with only one woman; we work with men who choose several ladies, have communication in letters and through video conferences (Jerry’s experience) and then come to meet all of them; we work with men who come to Barnaul without any correspondence and work catalogues here. We don’t have any limits on the number of the ladies the man wants to meet with. He can meet with 3, 5, 7, 10 and even 20 ladies. Everything depends on what he wants and what his goals are.
Despite of anything, I do hope that in the near future I will see Jerry’s TR about his successful trip and about finding that one and only woman! This thread gave a lot of experience to all of us, I believe.
Thank you to everybody for positive emotions!
Sincerely yours,
Tatiana

I will remain in contact for now with the one woman from Barnaul (who you referenced) but I can't say that it'll go anywhere.  We had a significant difference WRT children that I am not certain can be resolved.  I try to be open however, and will do just that for her; for now anyway.

If you are not certain and don't know how long your "now" will last, be careful with your words to the woman (what you say and how you say it) just not to give her any hopes.

I know it and I perfectly understand that it was not refereed to me, but to Village Idiots aka Hominy Clowns. You have written it clear.

But try not to overdo (or overdose) it (clowning)  being dieting   ;)
