I've known two men, one at work and one at college, who admitted they had affairs with a mother and daughter at the same time. In one case the mother and daughter began to fight over the man. Regardless if this story is false, anything is possible in this crazy World.

The idea of contacting a younger woman first to get to know her mother who probably doesn't use internet has potential. I've used women to make contact with another woman before. When the phone system turns to crap in the FSU and the lady I want to speak to doesn't go to the internet often, I will contact a woman, usually much older, and ask her to call the lady I'm trying to contact and let her know I'm trying to call her but the phone system doesn't work. 12 years ago I got the phone number of an Estonian woman living in my city and after talking with her on the phone, she said she's engaged to be married. I asked her if she had any friends or relatives that would be interested in me. She said "yes" and handed the phone over to her sister.

actually, i knew what facetrock was up to, because he told me..

and i just figured this place could use some humor once in awhile..

Since i've had about 300 hairdressers write me in the last few weeks,,
( some are really very interesting and nice    but i must look like  i need a haircut!! )

I wasn't actually convinced this was completely true, Kievstar, as I said on my post, "Well if nothing else, if in fact this is true,..". You can say I had one foot over the line on this one, though had serious doubt it to be true, I still reserved judgment.

What I believe this to be is a partnership between him and Greg. A product of the recent squib about Greg's second to last thread about announcing the birth of his son Nicholas, which unintentionally, almost turned into a showdown at high noon. So when Greg created a follow-up thread inquiring about Aloe's avatar, asking if she is one of the 3 entities in the pic and Facetrock made a funny response; the handwriting on the wall began to appear....

btw While I cannot shun any type of approach in this silly endeavor, this idea has got to be at the bottom of the list. So low in fact it may have to be scraped up for use.

Why not? How do you know what sincere women are thinking and what they will or won't do? Most sincere women probably aren't aggressive and don't expose themselves so freely compared to insincsere women and probably don't use the internet to find a guy. You will not find many of them in clubs or bars. They may be sitting at home with friends or family, at church, or in a park and a guy has to be lucky to cross their paths. They may have friends or relatives that are willing to help introduce someone to those women's lives. Mother's sometimes like to help the daughter pick a man so it's not out of the question for a daughter to help her single lonely stay at home all the time mom find a man either.

It doesn't hurt for an older guy to write a few words such as "Hi, is your mom single and looking for a good man?" If a daughter gets her mom on the internet to write the guy, it doesn't automatically make the mom an insincere woman who's a pro dater, gold digger, green card girl, or biatch.

It would have been an exciting paranoid filled ride.... Love, lust, deception, jealousy and heartbreak...Oh what could have been.

As I watched the Model, daughter and drunk ex husband sharing a group hug in front of the web cam, I felt used, betrayed. I tore my tear filled eyes away from the monitor but could still only see Model and daughter. As if they were two vultures circling over me.    I knew now it was not love. It was lust that only an over the hill aging American man can experience. I pursued the Model and daughter like a bull moose with a bad rear leg in full rut pursues his cow through the Canadian wilderness. Getting so close but never able to finnish the job.

  I felt joy. My selfish, greedy, only thinking of sex interaction had saved a perfectly dysfunctional family from ruin. They were happy now, thanks to my me me me attitude.

I will continue my quest. I will not give up on my search for the woman with model looks who's hobbies are cooking cleaning and sex. I know my woman is out there. I was so close this time.

From a logistical standpoint to do something like that makes absolutely no sense to me. Anyone who has been through the initial letter writing and contacting 50 or more woman AND the trips should have/would have, I would have thought would  see the flaw in your plan. Obviously some did not. Perhaps you should have given it more consideration from that end

This is also very creepy.  I suggest you look in the mirror and decide if you really want a longterm marriage or fun adventures. Anyone who thinks this method would work in Ukraine or Russia by writing letters to start the process is crazy.

The marriage agencies are loaded with women over 40.  Very few quality men are visiting them.  Go directly to the source.

The entire process is easy as it gets.  How hard is it really to marry a RW and have a wonderful marriage.  It is very easy.  Why make things difficult.

Any man who struggles in this process is not very smart, has commitment issues, control issues, or dating out of his league.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head as always. Just another example of why GQ is one of my favorite all time board posters. And just for the record, GQ is married to one of the prettiest girls ever to come out of the Soviet Union. If your new and this guy tells you it's raining then you need to grab an umbrella.

I don't see any problem with a cut and paste message to young ladies asking if they have a mom that is single. If a guy gets a "no" answer, he shouldn't cry and think it's the end of the World. I've wrote enough letters to know that beautiful single women who are on the internet get enough attention already. There are beautiful single women sitting at home, not on the internet and not getting massive attention and if a guy is targeting an older beautiful lady, she may be open to the idea of communicating with a foreigner if her daughter says a man is asking about her. Many of those women believe in destiny and they may explore it if the opportunity presents itself.

What proof does anyone have that says facetrock's idea is bad? The only guy with experience was rambler who earlier in this thread said it happened to him twice when a daughter tied to hook him with her mother. I've had mother's try to hook my up with their daughters before. Maybe in 10 years it'll be the other way around for me.

There's a lot of men who don't stuggle in this process. They meet a woman, propose marriage in a few days, she accepts and he brings her home. Would you call that guy smooth and smart? I don't think there is a guy in this forum that is having success dating local RW living in the USA more than I. I like to think I know something about how to attract a woman even if it's considering other options. If a guy chooses to use facetrock's dreamed up method and finds a beautiful RW single because she sits home and lives a family life all the time, most likely she's not going to be insincere as you claim. Insincere women do not have a habit of sitting idle. Insincere women like exposure and are like sharks always on the move looking for their next victim.

Kiev, you may think facetrock's idea is crazy but most of society thinks every man who finds love in another country is crazy. I use to be one of those guys and I also use to think people using the internet looking for love locally were just as crazy. Don't sweat it GQ, Kievstar thought facetrock's story was true too and treated it as such because he had a disussion with facetrock throughout the thread and he only disagreed the method would produce results. Him deciding to call out the people who disagreed with him as being the only suckers for addressing the story as something that is actually happening in facetrock's life is kind of childish besides hypocritical.

As a method this seems pretty inefficient. There are plenty of women in this age bracket in Ukraine (and I assume Russia), in fact, it's probably the most over-supplied segment of the market. Some may be a bit tech-challenged or have given it up as hopeless before trying the waters, but all-in-all there are plenty of fish in this pond. I know my wife indicates that her friends in the 35+ age ranges are excited that there might be some way to increase the likelihood of meeting men who are serious about home and family.

If anything, these women seem under-utilized and frustrated at the lack of quality contacts in the regular agency systems so I just can't see a particularly positive reaction when the daughter brings them a hint of interest from guys hitting their profiles. Seems like they would be thinking it odd that the guy was using this sort of contact system when he could just get them directly on their own.

I would think it's better just to target them in the first place.

I checked on Mamba. There are over 147,000 profiles in Russia alone of women aged 39 to 49 with photos. I am sure that it is possible to find some women that would be interested to meet our dear facetrock out of all these women....

That is the most important thing.  Treat others as we (and those we love) would want to be treated.  It is such a simple thing to remember, but it seems that it is the first thing forgotten in so many aspects of life.
